Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused and unworn
• Item must be in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product nature, the following are not eligible:
• Worn jewelry
• Customized or personalized items
• Items damaged after delivery
Return Process

- Receive return instructions
- Ship the item back
- Item is inspected upon arrival
- Refund is processed if approved
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
