Returns Preference
We accept returns on eligible items within 90 days of delivery.
Exchanges Preference
We also accept exchanges for eligible items. Please contact our support team first so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.
Product Condition
Returned or exchanged items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and include the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: worn jewelry, customized or personalized items, and items damaged after delivery due to customer use or mishandling.
Return Method
Returns and exchanges are handled in store. To begin, contact customer support, receive return instructions, ship the item back, and wait for inspection once the package is received.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection and approval.
Damaged or Defective Items

Wrong Item Received
